SayReview ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Voice recordings: When you record a review, your audio is sent to our servers for transcription. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored after transcription is complete.
Transcripts: The text transcription of your recording is stored locally on your device. We do not retain transcripts on our servers.
Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics (screens viewed, features used) to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.
Your voice recordings and transcripts are processed using third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to generate review drafts. Audio is transmitted securely over HTTPS and is not stored by these services beyond the duration of the request.
Review sessions, transcripts, and generated drafts are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. We do not upload or sync your review content to our servers.
SayReview is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since review data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. For any privacy questions, contact us at kulkukanbot@gmail.com.
